I understand that bringing the original document is not always easy. For most documents and texts, remote translation is possible.

Here's how:

  1. Bring the original document during your first visit and receive the translation once it’s ready.
This is probably the most common way since you don’t need to scan or photograph your documents. However, if making two visits isn’t convenient, you can use the second option instead.

  2. Send pictures/scans of your documents for translation and visit in person only to collect the translation.
With this option, you only need to come once to pick up the completed translation, but you must send clear, printable scans or photos of your documents. Please visit the Submitting your Documents section for more information on how to submit your documents.

  3. Send pictures/scans of your documents for translation and receive the translation by mail.
This way, you will receive a scanned copy of the translation as soon as it’s ready. If you need a printed copy, free shipping is available across Canada.

* Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any possible loss of documents during postal delivery.

Note: In rare cases where remote translation is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made.
