IMPORTANT: Make sure to read the section In-Person or Remote.
Step 1: Scan or take photos of your documents (front and back, if applicable)

First of all, please scan or take photos of your documents (front and back, if applicable). If you do not have access to a scanner, you may want to use CamScanner.
-
You can download CamScanner to your phone from Google Play or App Store.
-
Take photos in a well-lit area, preferably without using the flash, so that the light reflection doesn’t blur or obscure the information on the document.
-
Make sure the CamScanner watermark does not appear on the images.
Step 2: Sending document images and the English spelling of names and places

Please make sure to send the e-Transfer to the correct email address. The translator is not responsible if the payment is accidentally sent to the wrong recipient.
Step 4: Receiving notification of completion

As soon as your translation is ready, you will receive a message along with a digitally signed and stamped PDF file with a QR code that can be verified on the ATIO website. This file replaces the need for a hard copy in many situations. You can even print and submit it as a hard copy. However, if you still need a hard copy, please let me know in advance so proper arrangements can be made.
