After placing your order and making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. By clicking on the link in that email, you can upload your document.

Helpful tips:

• If the document has information on the back, be sure to send a picture of the back as well.
• If you don't have access to a scanner, you can take a clear, printable photo preferably with the CamScanner app.
• Make sure you take a picture of the entire document with all the edges or corners.
• If you use CamScanner, make sure that the app icon does not appear on the document image.
• Try to take the photo(s) in a well-lit area without using a flash; otherwise, the reflection of the flash can blur parts of the image.
• If your document has multiple pages, it is preferable to send them all as a single PDF file.
• In the corresponding field, please also enter the English spelling of the document holder's full name, father's name and other important names such as cities and villages, as they appear in any English identification documents, e.g. a passport.
• Where only a year or month is stated instead of full dates such as a birth date or graduation date, if possible, specify the exact Iranian date or corresponding Gregorian month/year.

• The translation is usually ready within one to two business days. You will be notified if more time is required.
• In special circumstances, urgent delivery is also available. Please let us know if needed.
• Translation delivery is possible in various ways, including a digitally signed and stamped PDF file with a QR code, in-person pickup or shipping of a hard copy. Please specify your preferred delivery method.
• If you wish to receive the translation by mail, kindly provide your address along with the postal code.
